Volunteering Opportunities
We have a range of volunteering opportunities available at the different projects Growing21 deliver. Becoming a volunteer will offer you the opportunity to help us tackle some of society’s most complex issues, and create sustainable social change for our local community.
We turn local knowledge and energy into action and progress, building stronger communities and a better future for all.
Additionally, you will have access to a range of training opportunities to offer you the chance to gain new skills. Some of our volunteers recently completed the Activate Programme delivered by the University of Glasgow.

Benefits of Volunteering
Volunteering enriches the volunteer through new friendships, increased self-knowledge, insight into others, and making a positive difference for the local community. The Pantry
We have various volunteering opportunities within the Pantry including: Customer Service, Welcome Team, Stock Room and General Assistants.
Environment
We are always looking for volunteers to help us improve our community. We require litter-pick teams, and volunteers to get involved in 'The Link' regeneration project.
Fireclay Cafe
We welcome volunteers to Fireclay Cafe and can offer a range of hospitality opportunities including: servers, kitchen and assistants.
Community Events & Activities
We have various volunteering opportunities to help us to plan, organise and deliver community events.
