Hello, I'm Tina. In my role, I coordinate projects that focus on providing affordable food, skills development opportunities, family activities, and outreach, collaborating closely with local volunteers and residents. Since the launch of the Ruchazie Pantry in 2020, I have been actively involved in its growth, championing the positive impact it has had on individuals and fostering community cohesion. I pride in listening to the needs of our residents, creating programmes that address those needs, and helping to shape Growing21's vision for community regeneration and inclusion.

I am Tia, the Assistant Manager at Growing 21, and I bring a wealth of experience in support and development. My journey began at Ruchazie Pantry while I was at university, where I advanced from being a student to Volunteer Coordinator and eventually into my current leadership role. I am dedicated to securing funding, community events, and providing person-centred support, whether that means assisting with form completion or simply offering a listening ear My passion lies in fostering inclusive, supportive environments that empower individuals and strengthen our community.

As a dedicated men's community worker at Growing21, I am committed to fostering a supportive environment for men in Ruchazie. My role involves teaching Spanish, sharing the joy of music, and exploring the art of cooking, all while providing a safe space for men to connect and grow. I believe in the power of community and strive to create opportunities for personal development and camaraderie among our participants. Together, we can build lasting friendships and a stronger community.
